TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning me, you are stating that you have read my terms of service.


I. general
✦ if you fail to follow my terms, i have the right to decline your commission.
✦ any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
✦ any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me prior to the commission.


II. payment
✦ payment can be given 50/50 or paid after i send a watermarked work in progress picture
✦ payment is done through PayPal in USD or GCash
✦ a rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines

✦ additional fees will be charged for major revisions and complex details


III. client obligations
✦ carefully read through my terms of service and commission information
✦ provide clear reference images or description of the character/subject


IV. process
✦ i will send a sketch for approval before continuing the commission
✦ WIP pictures will be provided to keep the client updated, these will be sent as low resolution, watermarked images
✦ the time for your commission to be completed may depend on many factors such as: health, order of commission, complexity, personal issues, work schedules, etc.
✦ a deadline can be agreed on prior to the start of the commission


V. customer satisfaction
✦ both major and minor revisions are allowed in the sketch phase and other minor revisions in the lineart/coloring phase are covered in the commission price
✦ additional major revisions will incur additional fees
✦ revisions due to my own negligence are free


VI. copyright and usage policy
✦ i, the artist, hold every right to any commissioned work
✦ i reserve the right to post, stream, record, and upload videos of the commissioned work on my social media
✦ the final product is strictly for personal use only unless you purchase commercial rights.
✦ for commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me at 200% the original price.

✦ DO: print the work for personal use, use the commissioned work as an avatar, header, etc., post the artwork on social media with credit
✦ DON'T: claim the artwork as yours, remove my watermark, reproduce the artwork commercially without purchasing the rights from me, use the commissioned piece in anything related to NFTs, paint over/alter work in progress pictures or the final product


VII. cancellation and refund policy
✦ once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted
✦ you may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork
✦ you may cancel the commission at any time, after which i will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done
